Jacob Burks

Tammi White

  • Grew up on a dairy farm in southwest Wisconsin.
  • She joined First Capitol in April of 2007.
  • She and her husband have 4 children and 1 grandson.
  • Enjoys attending her children's sporting events and activities.
  • She is a huge Green Bay Packer fan.

Kurt Kramer

Kim Voigts

Karen Voigts

  • Grew up on a dairy farm in western Wisconsin and has worked in the commodity brokerage field since 2003
  • Assists farmers in implementing marketing plans -- specializes in grain, cattle, hog, and milk markets
  • She and husband Adam have one son
  • Actively involved in feeding and marketing cattle for their farm
  • Helps husband run a custom big square baling and wrapping business
  • Enjoys flowers and gardening

Kevin Wagner

  • Attended University of Wisconsin-Platteville -- obtained a major in Animal Science, a major in Soil and Crop Science, and a minor in Agribusiness
  • Grew up on his family's 260-acre farm in southwest Wisconsin
  • Joined First Capitol Ag in January 2007
  • Assists producers and agribusinesses in managing market risk and understanding the tools of the market
  • Before and after the markets trade, manages the family farm with his father
  • Enjoys woodworking and weight lifting in his free time
